It’s too easy to hit the snooze button that way. Put your alarm or phone across the room, or in the bathroom. That way, you have to get up and out of bed to turn it off. You can go one step further and use an app like Alarmy that requires you to take a picture of something or solve a short puzzle in order to turn it off.
